What is The Bars®? Access Consciousness Bars® is an energetic body process involving 32 points on the head that, when gently touched, release anything that stops you from feeling joy and ease in your life. Having your Bars® run regularly helps you get free of many of the thoughts, feelings and emotions that may be looping over and over and keeping you feeling stuck.

If more freedom and ease sounds like something you would like more of then this 1 day class offered by Rachel Salter, is for you. No previous knowledge required, all welcome.

 

This is a Practitioner Level Class. After this one day class you will be certified as an Access Bars® Practitioner, you can practice on family, friends and incorporate this into your existing healing practice - or start a brand new practice seeing clients You will receive a fully comprehensive manual which we will go through in class, watch an instructional video and you will gift and receive two Bars sessions during the day - all while Rachel is facilitating you to learn Bars® with total ease.

  

Ongoing support via group Bars® Swaps every second Friday night at Wee Wellbeing Studio for those who have attended at least 1 Bars® class. Lovely supportive community where you can continue to learn and grow your Bars® practice with ease and joy.
